For the upcoming Durga Puja, please place your food orders well in advance. Due to high demand, waiting times may exceed two hours. We strongly advise guests traveling from afar to schedule their orders beforehand to avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
- We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner from 8.00am till 11 pm.
- We do not use any artificial food color.
- We use pure vegetable oil.
- We do not use any MSG and any alternatives.
- We use moderate spice level but if you ask we can make it spicy.
- Food preparation here may contain - Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soy, mustard, eggplant. If you have any allergy please let us know because orderd food cannot be cancelled.
- We do not use sesame but our supplier may use this in their faculty.
- Please allow us 20 minutes to prepare you food.
- Always check your receipt number when receiving your order.
- Our house special Daal might change on days of the week.
- We do not use Beef.
12. Our Veg options are not vegan. you can find the traces of dairy and honey. 13. Eggplant is not a common allergen but few people may have them. just to let you know we use eggplant in veggie item and we also have Eggplant Fritters.
14. We use very moderate amount of oil and spices, because most of the dishes are part of daily meal.15. No onion no garlic options are available.
16. Please note that our Tarka Daal is not a vegetarian item. If you are pure vegetarian please choose this option from( VO) Category. Sometime we use different kind of broths to enhance the flavor, but if you select the pure vegetarian option you will get according to your preference.
17. We serve only Halal meat(except few dishes, so if you have any confusion please ask.)
18. Do not accept the bag if the seal is broken or the bag is ripped.

If you have any severe allergy with above item, I do not recommend any dish from us. Because in my point of view if anything is in the facility, it might cross contact. These are Indian homestyle slow cooking dishes, .... so the process are little complicated. If it is in the facility no can be 100 % sure.
20. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - If you are looking for regular Indian restaurant meal then this is not the place for you, because its not the same.. In Massachusetts this the only restaurant which is from West Bengal. This food is extremely rare to find in USA. If you are first time trying it, there is high chance you might not like it because you do't have any benchmark. It needs lot of preparation, lot of layering of process to replicate the exact "Kolkata street food" taste. You can try but don't expect the same color, texture and flavor like you usually get from other Indian restaurant. Please be open mind with this fact that it could be different from what you used to. There are 28 Staes in India and they all cook differently. Yes the spices are same but the way we use it and the proportion makes it completely different from one another. There is nothing good and bad ...we are just different from one another.
21. Busy mode- lately I am noticing I am working with busy mode on, means everything is shut down while working with orders. It a request if you are planning ordering large orders please place that order 1 day before. I am not busy all the time. The problem is am getting all the orders at the same time. Now you can also schedule your future orders through Doordash and uber eats.
22. Misti Doi is available now.... Sorry … I got the phone calls but couldn’t take any orders this pujo.. The Pujo pressure was extremely overwhelming…I was trying to complete the orders which I got weeks ago. Next pujo I will try to come up some idea not to disappoint anyone….
